The challenge
Vegin, a fictional (for product design purposes) vegan fast food restaurant in the process of expansion, wants to optimize its workflow by digitizing the management of orders.
Currently they have already implemented a POS (Point of Sale) system by developing a WebApp, with which they have managed to streamline the process of taking customer's orders. Now they need to move the orders directly to the kitchen.
The impact!
I confirmed the users needs through User Research, Benchmarking and other methods used in Product Design.
The result was an MVP solution that ended up satisfying the users pain points and at the same time delivered an aesthetic design.
Next, I plan on testing it with the users to iterate the design.
